You can bake, you are not afraid
Get better at making good sourdough bread - gain a deeper understanding of why it turns out the way it does and not always the way you intended and learn how to make your own recipes.
Over the course of a weekend, we'll go in-depth on how to succeed in bread baking, by gaining a deeper understanding of how the ingredients flour, water, salt and sourdough work and how we can use them to get the results we are looking for. As participants, you will all bake your own bread and during while the doughs are rising, we will go through all the parts of baking.

There are two different courses to choose from. One is for beginners and aims to introduce you to sourdough baking. There we focus on having fun and we bake sourdough bread in the easiest and most straight-forward way I know. We go through how to take care of a sourdough culture at home and you'll get a simple and versatile method to use.
The second course is aimed at those who already bake a lot at home or in a professional environment and are interested in taking it one or a few steps deeper. It includes more elements and the level of difficulty of what we baking is higher. We look for different "key points" to succeed in sourdough baking and learn to identify good fermentation.
