Terms and conditions of purchase

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when ordering products from Leve bageri och konditori AB via our website or other agreed ordering channels.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering

Orders must be placed at least two (2) days in advance of the desired pickup date.

An order is binding once it has been placed.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of, for example, full booking or if raw materials are not available.

3. Payment

Payment is made in store upon collection.

We accept the payment methods listed in the store.

4. Pickup

The order must be picked up on the agreed date at our store.

If the order is not collected at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge the full amount, as the products are fresh and made specifically for the customer.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made no later than two (2) days prior to the agreed pick-up time.

In the event of late cancellation or failure to pick up, the full order amount will be charged.

6. Personal data

When you place an order, we register your name, email address, and phone number.

The data is used to:

• manage your order
• contact you if necessary

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and do not disclose the data to third parties without legal grounds.

7. Complaints

If anything in your order does not correspond to what was agreed, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably when you pick up your order.

We comply with applicable consumer legislation.
